SHIPPING & LOGISTICS PROTOCOL
1. TERMINAL PROCESSING TIME
All orders undergo a technical verification and packaging protocol. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your module has shipped with its respective tracking ID.
2. DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
We offer calculated shipping rates based on the dimensions and weight of the hardware modules:

USA Operations: Standard and Expedited shipping options available via major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

UK & International Operations: Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout based on the destination's "Architecture Zone."
Note: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES (IMPORTANT)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MYSSOC ARCHITECTURE TECHNOLOGY is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer as the "Importer of Record."
4. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from our system which will include a tracking number you can use to monitor its progress. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
You can monitor your shipment through our VIP Terminal Interface or directly via the carrier's portal.
5. SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Some carriers have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your technical architecture requires delivery to such a location, please ensure the selected carrier at checkout supports it, or provide a physical street address for guaranteed delivery.
6. LOGISTICAL DISCREPANCIES (LOST OR DAMAGED)
If you receive an order that has been compromised during transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact our Priority Support Interface with your order number and photos of the item’s condition to initiate the recovery protocol.
