RETURN & REFUND ARCHITECTURE (RETURN PROTOCOL)

1. RETURN WINDOW To ensure the absolute calibration of your setup, MYSSOC offers a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the module must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original high-end packaging.

2. RETURN SHIPPING PROTOCOL Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. As we operate with high-precision international logistics, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking protocol.

3. RESTOCKING & FEES We believe in technical transparency. No restocking fees will be applied to your return. The refund will be processed for the full value of the product once the technical inspection is completed at our terminal.

4. REFUND PROCESS Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact our Priority Support Interface immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
